The ship itself was clean and comfortable, so overall it was a decent trip. But the health checks felt rushed at times, which was kind of ridiculous. I just expected the safety side of things to feel a little more consistent.

I didn’t have a great experience. The trip felt overpriced for what we got. Things were also badly organized. A lot of it felt confusing and rushed. I expected better.

Overall we had a good time. The ship was clean and the staff was really friendly, so no big complaints there. I just feel like for what we paid, there should of been more things included, and the excursions were just okay. Nothing was really bad, I just dont know if the value totally matched the price. I might go again, but probably only if there was a good deal.

The cruise itself was good overall, but the luggage handling, could’ve been better. One of our bags showed up really late, and at first, the staff didn’t seem to know where it was. Nothing ended up being lost, thankfully, but it definitely made the first day more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’ll be honest, the ship layout just didn’t work for me. The cabin hallways felt really cramped, and I found myself getting turned around more than once. I get that ships have limited space, but the layout should still be clear and comfortable for guests. I’d really like to see the cruise line take some accountability here and improve the signage or overall flow, because it made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

Dining was okay overall, just kind of hit or miss. A couple of the meals were actually really good, so I’m assuming the kitchen can be great when everything lines up, but other dishes came out a bit bland or not as warm as you’d expect. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the staff were genuinely nice, which helped. Still, for the price, I figured it would be a little more consistent

I’m usually a little skeptical when companies say their support is “quick and helpful” because that kind of polished wording doesn’t always mean much. But in this case, they really did get back to me fast and helped me sort things out without making it a big hassle.

We really enjoyed the drink options on our Viking cruise. The bars were super easy to find and never felt crazy crowded, which was nice. After a day or two the bartenders actually remembered what we liked, which was kinda fun and made it feel more personal. Wine at dinner was good and kept simple, and there were plenty of cocktails and beers to pick from too. Prices seemed fair to us as well. no real complaints from me.

I expected a bit more from Viking. The pool area just felt small and crowded most afternoons, and a lot of the deck chairs were already claimed early with towels. There also wasn’t much shade, which made it harder to relax out there. The staff were very nice, so that helped, but the whole deck setup was, not sure how to explain it, just not very relaxing on sea days.

I used the spa almost every day on our Viking cruise, and it was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The sauna and steam room were always clean and peaceful, and my massage was much better than I expected. The staff were kind and never made me feel rushed, which I really appreciated after busy tour days. That said, I did feel a little misled about what was included and how easy it would be to book certain services. Once I got past that, it was still a really calm place to unwind, and I’d probably book again.

We really enjoyed the calm atmosphere onboard. It was mostly older couples and friendly folks, so everything felt easygoing and pleasant. If you're looking for a big party scene, this probably isn't that kind of trip, but for us it was just right

Getting on was quick and simple, and getting off was just as easy. it all went smoother than I expected...

I didn’t expect the talks and history sessions to be such a highlight, but they were my favorite part of the trip. They were easy to follow, never felt boring, and it didn’t seem like they were just thrown in as filler the way some places do. I came home feeling like I genuinely learned way more than I knew before I left

The stateroom was clean enough and the bed was actually comfortable, but wow, it felt cramped for two people. Maybe I’m missing something about how you’re supposed to make the space work, but we definitely felt like we were constantly maneuvering around each other.

We really enjoyed the itinerary with Viking. The stops felt thoughtfully chosen, not just the usual crowded tourist spots, and we actually had enough time to wander around and enjoy each place. I liked that the route mixed bigger sights with smaller towns too. It made the trip feel more relaxed and interesting. Everything flowed smoothly from day to day. i’d book again just for the destinations.

I was a little nervous booking with Viking because I use a walker and, you know, I get tired quickly. But overall, they handled things really well and made me feel a lot more comfortable than I expected.
Our cabin was easy enough to move around in, and the staff were great about helping with ramps and getting on and off the ship. Nobody made it feel awkward or like I was being a bother, which I really appreciated. They also explained the excursions clearly, so I could figure out what I could actually manage.

It made the whole trip way less stressful for me and my husband. I mean, it wasn’t perfect every single second, but it was close. We’d definitely consider going again.

The airport pickup was on time, which I appreciated, but finding the right bus was a bit confusing because there weren’t clear signs and I was walking around with my bags trying to figure out where to go while also keeping an eye on the time and hoping I wasn’t somehow in the wrong place, but once I found it the driver was friendly enough and everything went fine. The luggage took a while to get sorted, so overall it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t say it was especially smooth either.

The cruise itself was fine, no real complaints there... but the flights Viking arranged for us were a disappointment. We had a long layover, an odd connection, and our seats weren’t together even though we booked everything as a group.
When I called to try to get it sorted out, the process was slow and didn’t feel very helpful. For what we paid, I just expected the air travel side of things to be handled a lot better.....

The cruise was okay overall , but the entertainment at night was kind of dull . It felt like they kept playing the same type of music , and there really weren’t many fun activities to look forward to
